We have completed many projects for the local builder Tallings, who regularly place sub-contract work with us. The Waters Edge Apartment blocks at Pentire were probably one of the most challenging. Short deadlines, large quantities of windows and doors but most challenging of all were the adverse weather conditions experienced throughout the installation process.
Waters Edge Apartments stand on the site of a former hotel, which was demolished to make way for 18 luxurious 1 and 2 bed apartments.
Using the Coastal Warwick range of windows and doors we fitted approximately 48 windows, 18 doors and 18 patio doors.
These windows with their sound proofing, excellent security fittings and enhanced durability against the sun and rain were the obvious choice for the apartments.
